Very nice one - extremely useful. The Links feature in Entourage 2008 is powerful, but it's not too visible. Your shortcut does wonders in boosting productivity!

Once again... you've saved me a lot of time! Kudos!

Dan - good point!

Since I get my mail from a POP3 account, I don't use "Refresh Message List". In fact, this doesn't even show up as an option (except if I'm in a custom mail view).

It looks like Shift-Cmd-L would work for you, though?

Good luck,
-Adam

Adam,

This is, of course, an appropriate complaint re: Entourage, and a good reminder of OS X's ability to add a keyboard shortcut to any application. But you fail to mention that Cmd-L is already an Entourage shortcut! (It refreshes a message list -- under View menu; something I use frequently when viewing online mailboxes.) Hmmm . . . now to decide what key shortcut to use instead. . . .
